The Soft Pad Chair EA 231 is equipped with an adjustable tilt mechanism and an upright seat angle adapted to desk and home office work.

Backrest and seat in sewn-on cushions with polyurethane foam upholstered in classic Vitra Fabric, Leather or Premium Leather. Leather upholstery variants have back panels in Plano fabric.
Armrests & four star base in die-cast aluminium, with a polished or chrome-plated finish or powder-coated in a colour for a softer look.
Fitted with plastic glides for carpet or felt glides for hard floors.
Seat mechanism - Adjustable backward tilt, lockable in the forward position. Swivel.
Continuous seat height adjustment with gas spring.
